How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Processing your order, manufacturing the products and delivering the goods takes around 21 working days*. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
*These deadlines do not take into account possible delays caused by administrative decisions (eg: customs control), by strikes, or other circumstances which are beyond our control.
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us asap via the form available on this page so that we can correct the mistake for you. We will send you an email one the address has been amended in the system.
Please note that we may not be able to change the shipping address if the product has already been shipped from the warehouse.
How do I track the status of my order?
We will send you a link to follow the progress of your order when applicable.
If your order includes several items, you may receive several parcels, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, all your goods will arrive shortly.
